Its a well known fact that men are slack about getting themselves checked out, and most of them wait until they are really sick before they go for a check up or for tests. If they went earlier they out how to stop little problems turning into big problems.

The life expectancy for men is five years less than it is for women, and chronic conditions like obesity, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes occur more frequently in men.
Women could teach men a thing or two about the importance of health checks. Not only are they far more likely to go for regular check ups and tests, but they’re also more likely to pay attention to preventative health messages and do what it takes to improve their health. For example, women are less likely than men to eat foods high in fat and they’re likely to keep on exercising after the age of 35.
Don’t wait until you feel crook to go for a check-up. Treat yourself the way you’d treat your car – book yourself in for a regular service!
